We booked this tour many months in advance. We received an email from the tour operator the day before our tour was scheduled to advise us that our tour is cancelled. No explanation was given. I emailed them to ask if there was a different guide available and we received no response. While we understand that tours get cancelled, it was very unprofessional to ignore my email and not to explain the reason for cancelling. I went back onto Viator to see if the tour was still available and they were still booking tours for the next day which makes no sense. Why is my tour cancelled and they are accepting new reservations for the same timeframe? Very disappointed as this was to the the highlight of our trip.
